This tab allows you to record details on commissioned trees. A large text field is provided to include the details of the proposed motion. You can also indicate the reason for the request, who moved for the commissioned tree, who seconded the motion, whether the motion was approved or denied, and applicable dates. Three checkbox fields are also provided to note if the motion was appealed, if the fee was waived, and if there was any prior submittal.
