The PO Receipt record displays general information about the parts of a PO that has been fulfilled. These records are added to the grid when a shipment is received and recorded on the Items tab using the Complete or Partial tools.

Date  | 
The date the shipment was received.  | 
Reference Number  | 
An identifier for the shipment. The system automatically completes this field with the PO Number; however, users can edit this field.  | 
Total  | 
The total cost of the shipment. The system automatically calculates this value by adding all of the Total Cost fields from the related PO Receipt Detail records.  | 
Comment Field  | 
A text field that enables the user to add comments.  |
