At the top of the module window you will see header data. This data remains at the top of your screen as you use the tabs to navigate through the record. The header fields are described in the table below:

These fields allow you to identify the conduit being inspected. Click the field caption button or press F9 for a list of available structures. Upon entering the structure ID numbers, the addresses associated with those IDs will be automatically populated by the system. |
Basin |
This field will be automatically populated if there is a basin associated with the conduit in Conduit Inventory. |
Note: The Upstream and Downstream Structure IDs are required in order to save the record.
