Inspections Tab

The Inspections tab provides an overview of the most recent inspection and a historical list of all inspections for the sewer structure. The records in this grid come from the Structure Inspection module.

Last Inspection	Derived from the Inspection Date field of the most recent inspection.
Condition	Derived from the Condition field on the Defect Summary tab of the most recent inspection.
Next Inspection	Indicates when the next inspection will occur, as input by the user.

A sample of the grid appears below. Sort records in the grid by clicking on the headings. An up or down arrow (highlighted in orange below) indicates whether data appear in ascending or descending order.

Double-click on an existing record to open it.
Right-click in the grid to add a record.
Right-click on an existing record for options to View Record, Add Record, Edit Record, or Delete Record.

How To Add an Inspection Record

Right-click in the Inspection grid and select Add Record. The Structure Inspection module will open and display a new record.
Enter the Inspection Date (required). The Network Structure field is also required; however, it is completed automatically when a record is added using this method.
Complete any other desired fields.
Save and close.
The new record will appear in the Inspection grid and the Last Inspection and Condition fields will be updated on the Structure record.
