MACP Tab

The MACP tab provides an overview of the most recent MACP (Manhole Assessment and Certification Program} inspection and a historical list of all inspections for the sewer structure. The records in this grid come from the MACP Inspection module.

MACP Date

The Inspected Date field from the most recent inspection.

Quick Structural

Quick O&M

Quick Total

Structure Structural

Structure O&M

Structure Total

Derived from the corresponding fields on the Conditions Ratings tab on the most recent MACP record.

Next MACP

Date when the next inspection will occur, as supplied by the user.

A sample of the grid appears below. Sort records in the grid by clicking on the headings. An up or down arrow (highlighted in orange below) indicates whether data appear in ascending or descending order.

Double-click on an existing record to open it.
Right-click in the grid to add a record.
Right-click on an existing record for options to View Record, Add Record, Edit Record, or Delete Record.

How To Add an MACP Inspection Record

Right-click in the MACP Inspection grid and select Add Record. The MACP Inspection module will open and display a new record.
Enter the Inspected Date (required). The Network Structure field is required as well; however it is automatically completed when a record is added using this method.
Complete any other desired fields.
Save and close.
The new inspection record will appear in the MACP Inspection grid, and the fields will be updated on the Structure record.
