The Equipment Inspections header fields contain general information to identify, describe, and locate each inspection. The header appears at the top of the module window and remains visible as users navigate through the module's tabs.

Equipment Code ** |
Specifies the unique identifier for the piece of equipment being inspected. This code links the Equipment Inspection record to an existing Equipment Inventory record. Click on a field name or press F9 within a field for a list of Equipment Inventory records. |
Date Inspected ** |
The date the piece of equipment was inspected. |
Inspected By |
The name of the person who completed the inspection. |
Most Recent Inspection |
Indicates whether the record documents the most recent inspection for a particular piece of equipment. The system uses the Date Inspected field to make this determination. |
Outside Threshold |
Indicates that one of the inspected parameters falls outside the expected threshold. This field is marked automatically if a parameter's value exceeds the limits established on the Threshold Limits tab. |
