Resetting a Task

The reset option allows you to re-activate a completed task. To reset a step, complete the following steps:

  1. Select the routing task in the grid.
  2. Right-click and select Reset Step. This will change the status of a step from "Completed" to "Pending." It will also change the status of any subsequent tasks from "pending" to "in-active."
