Services Processing Setup

The Services Processing Setup module allows you to choose the exact time scheduled PMs are processed each night on the server as well as indicate an email list for part reorder notifications.

Note: Be sure to select a time when no other back-ups or maintenance schedules will be performed.

To access the Services Processing Setup, complete the following steps:

  1. Select Work > Administration > Services Processing Setup. The following window will appear:

  2. Select the time using the up or down arrows  .
  3. Enter a User name (optional). If a user name is not selected, the system will use the first user name listed in the User database.
  4. Enter email addresses for part reorder notifications. These Notifications are hard coded and will be sent out when a part in the parts inventory has hit its reorder point.
  5. Click Button OK.

Important: After changing the PM Processing Time, you must restart the services for your changes to take effect. The services are designed to run only once a day. Depending on the new time you have selected, the services might not run until the following day at that designated time.
