Inspections Tab

The Inspections tab stores information about all of the inspections that have been performed on the trail. There are several fields at the top that store information from the most recent inspection.

Action Date

This field stores the date of the last inspection. It is updated from the Action Date field of the most recent inspection.

Action

This field stores information about what the type of inspection that was last performed. It is updated from the Action field of the most recent inspection.

Next Inspection

This stores the date of the next inspection. It is updated from the Next Action field of the most recent inspection.

Condition

This stores the trail's condition during the most recent inspection.This field is updated from the Condition field of the most recent inspection.

Inspection gird

The inspection grid contains a list of all inspections that have been performed on the trail.

A sample of the grid appears below. Sort records in the grid by clicking on the headings.  An up or down arrow (highlighted in orange below) will appear signifying ascending or descending order.

How To Add an Inspection

  1. Right-click in the grid and select Add Record. The Street Trail Inspection module will open to a new record.
  2. Enter the Action Date.
  3. Fill out any other desired fields.
  4. Save and Close the record.
  5. The inspection will appear in the inspection grid. The fields will be updated as well, but users might need to use the refresh button on the toolbar to see the changes.
