Inspection Checklists

The IPT Inspection Checklists module is used to establish checklist templates for users completing IPT Facility Inspection records. These checklists can be loaded into the General tab in the inspection module.

To access the Inspection Checklist module, select Sewer > Environmental Compliance > Industrial Pretreatment > Inspection Checklist. The following window will appear.

Checklist Items Grid

The Checklist Items grid contains a list of things that need to happen during the inspection. Users may add items to this list manually or load it with items from another checklist template from this module.

A sample of the grid appears below. Sort records in each grid by clicking on the headings.  An up or down arrow indicates whether data appear in ascending or descending order.

How To Create and Populate a Checklist

  1. Click to add a new record.
  2. Enter a name in the Checklist Name field.
  3. Save the record.
  4. Right-click in the Checklist Items grid and select Add Record. The following window will appear:

  5. Describe the inspection activity in the Checklist Item field.
  6. Save and close the record.
  7. The item is automatically added to the Checklist record.

How To Load an Inspection Checklist

  1. Right-click in the Checklist Item grid and select Load Inspection Checklist. The following window will appear:

  2. Click on the desired checklist and click Select.
  3. The list is loaded into the grid.
