The IPT Facility Inspection header contains general information used to identify each facility and provide an overview of the inspection. It appears at the top of the module window and remains visible as users navigate through the module's tabs.

Facility Number* |
Specifies the facility that was inspected. Click the Facility Number button or click in the field and press F9 to bring up a list of facilities from the IPT Facilities module. |
Facility Name |
Indicates the name of the facility. This field, as well as the Address fields (and some grid records), are completed automatically when the Facility Number is set. |
Latest Inspection |
Indicates whether this record represnts the most recent inspection for the selected facility. |
Inspector |
Identifies person who inspected the facility |
Inspection Date* |
States the date the inspection occurred. This date is used to update the Last Inspection Date field on the Facility record. |
General Condition |
Indicates the overall state of the facility determined during the inspection. |
* Required field.
Note: The combination of the Facility Number, Inspection Date, and Time fields must be unique.
