Function

Rec Station Number**

The receiving station that is accepting the waste disposal. Click the Rec Station Number button or click in the field and press F9 for a list of valid receiving stations. This list is populated by the FOG Receiving Station module.

Rec Station Name*

The name of the receiving station. This field is completed automatically when the Rec Station Number is selected.

Hauler Number*

The FOG hauler that is sending the waste. Click the Hauler Number button or click in the field and press F9 for a list of valid haulers. This list is populated by the FOG Hauler module.

Hauler Name

The name of the FOG hauler. This field is completed automatically when the Hauler Number is selected.

Vehicle Number*

The FOG hauler vehicle that is transporting the waste. Click the Vehicle Number button or click in the field and hit F9 for a list of valid vehicles. This list is populated from the Vehicle grid on the FOG Hauler module and filtered based on the Selected FOG Hauler.

Disposal Date**

The date on which the waste was disposed.

Driver Name

The name of the person driving the FOG hauler vehicle. Click the Driver Name button or click in the field and press F9 for a list of valid drivers. This list is populated with the drivers identified in the Vehicles/Drivers tab of the FOG Hauler module and filtered based on the Selected FOG hauler.

Note: Users can type in a name that isn't on the drivers list.

Operator Name*

The name of the person receiving the waste.
