Problem Notifications

Using the Work Flow Setup > Problems module > Notifications tab general problem notifications can be configured (set up in the Notification Setup (Notification Setup, http://help.lucity.com/webhelp/v145/desktop/index.htm#22846.htm) module). These will be automatically sent when that problem is selected in a request.  These can be used to update employee's, and other recipients with Work Request information.
