Damage to Others

The Damage to Others tab enables one department to record any damages done to another department's utilities while work was being done on its own utilities.

A sample of the Damage to Others grid appears below. Sort records in the grid by clicking on the column headings.  An up or down arrow (highlighted in orange below) indicates whether data appear in ascending or descending order.

• Right-click in the grid to Add Record.
• Right-click on an existing record for options to View Record, Add Record, Edit Record, or Delete Record.
• Double-click on an existing record to open it.

How To Add a Damage to Others Record

1. Right-click in the grid and select Add Record. A new Damage to Others record opens.
2. Enter the Damage Ticket #. This number is required and must be unique.
3. Complete any other desired fields.
4. Save and close the record.
