The header fields in the Utility Locates module contain general information to identify and describe each utility locate. The header appears at the top of the module window and remains visible as users navigate through the module's tabs.

Location Type |
Identifies the type of locate that was performed. |
Department |
Identifies the department that will locate the utilities. |
Jurisdiction |
Indicates the agency in charge of the area in which the locate is performed. |
