Load Checklist From Task

In addition to creating new checklist items, you can also elect to load previously created checklist items from existing tasks. For example, you may use this function if you have an existing task that is very similar to the one you are creating in this record. You could then load an existing checklist from that task and add, edit, or delete the checklist items as needed.

To load an existing checklist from an existing task, complete the following:

  1. Right-click in the grid and select "Load Checklist from Task". A window similar to the following will appear. This lists all existing tasks in your Work Flow Setup system.

    Select Task

  2. Highlight a task in the list and click Select. All checklist items associated with that task will be added to the Checklist grid.
  3. You can then edit existing checklist items, delete existing items, or add new items to customize the checklist for this task as needed.
