At the top of the module window you will see header data. This data remains at the top of your screen as you use the tabs to navigate through the record. The header fields are described in the table below:

Site ID |
This field allows you to create a unique, user-defined, alphanumeric ID. |
Site Name |
This field allows you to create a unique, user-defined name for your site. |
Site Record Number |
This field contains a number automatically generated by the system. |
Site Type |
This user-defined pick list allows you to indicate the type of site in this record. |
# of Violations |
This read-only field tracks the number of violations linked to your site. Each time you add a record for this site to the Violations module, this number will be incremented. Note: You'll need to refresh the record in order to see this value change. |
Inactive Checkbox |
Mark this checkbox if the Water Site is inactive. |
Note: In order to save your changes to the record, the Site ID field must be filled in.
