The PO Receipt records display general information about parts of a PO being fulfilled. These records are added to the grid when a shipment is received and recorded on the Items tab using the Complete or Partial tools.
Date |
The date the shipment was received. |
Reference Number |
An Identification for the shipment. This is automatically filled out with the PO Number but can be edited. |
Total |
The total cost for the shipment. This is automatically calculated by adding all the Total Cost fields together for all of the related PO Receipt Detail records. |
