The Toolkit in this module provides the following functions:

Recalculate Fiscal Year Totals

This feature recalculates the current fiscal year totals on demand as opposed to waiting until the nightly recalculation.

Note: This Toolkit function allows you to update the calculations on-demand; however, these calculations are also run each night by the Lucity PM Service.

Replicate Fiscal Year

Uses data from a previous fiscal year to create a new fiscal year record. This includes a copy of all departments, tasks, cost estimates, quantities, and expended budgets.

How To Recalculate Fiscal Year Totals

Click on the module toolbar to open the Toolkit. The following window will appear:
Select Recalculate Fiscal Year Totals and click .
The fields will automatically be recalculated.

How To Replicate Fiscal Year

Create a new Fiscal Year record and enter the Fiscal Year, Start Date, and End Date in the header. Then, save the record.
Click on the module toolbar to open the Toolkit. The following window will appear:
Select Replicate Fiscal Year and click . The following window will appear:
Select the fiscal year to copy from.
Note: A previous Fiscal Year record must exist in the database in order to be copied.
