Inspections Tab

The Inspections tab tracks all inspections related to the item and provides summary information about the inspections.

Inspection fields

These fields provide summary information about the most recent inspection performed on the item.

Plant Condition	The general condition of a plant item. This is copied from the most recent inspection.
Structural Condition	The general condition of a structural item. This is copied from the most recent inspection.
Date Inspected	Populated from the inspection date of the most recent inspection record.
Next Insp Date	The next date an inspection should occur. This field can then be used to filter for assets that need to be inspected.

Inspections grid

This grid contains a list of all the inspections for the item.

A sample of the grid appears below. Sort records in each grid by clicking on the headings. An up or down arrow (highlighted in orange below) will appear signifying ascending or descending order.

Right-click in the grid to add a record
Right-click on an existing record to get a menu with options to View Record, Add Record, Edit Record, or Delete Record.
Double-click on an existing record to open it
