* These are there to provide administrators a way to fix problems they find in their part counts.

Identifying a part that needs to an adjustment to the Qty On Hand field. This can be done by running the Parts with Inaccurate Part Counts report.
Browse to the part in the module
Click the button in the module toolbar. The following window will appear:
Highlight Manual Parts OnHand Count Adjustment and click .
The following warning will appear:
To continue click Yes. The following pop-up will appear:
Enter a new count for the Qty On Hand field.
Click OK.
A new records will appear in the transaction grid to make the needed correction.

Identifying a part that needs to an adjustment entered into the transactions tab. This can be done by running the Parts with Inaccurate Part Counts report.
Browse to the part in the module
Click the button in the module toolbar. The following window will appear:
Highlight Manual Transaction Count Adjustment and click .
The following warning will appear:
To continue click Yes. The following pop-up will appear:
Enter a new amount to appear in the transaction grid.
Click OK.
A new records will appear in the transaction grid to make the needed correction.

Create a filter for the records that should be updated.
Click the button in the module toolbar. The following window will appear:
Highlight Update Average Cost for Current Part and click
The following window will appear:
This displays the actual current average cost and the currently displayed average cost (doesn't include historical information).
Enter the New Average Cost.
Enter a Reference Number to track the change.
Click OK.
The Average Cost will be updated on the Order Info Tab (if it is displayed there) and on all of the Part History records.

Function	Result
Manual Parts OnHand Count Adjustment *	This allows users to manually adjust the Qty On Hand field for an individual part.
Manual Transaction Count Adjustment *	This allows users to manually add a transaction record to adjust the transaction quantities.
Update Average Cost for Current Part	This updates the average cost field for the current part.
