Toolkit

The Toolkit in this module provides the following functions:

How to Run the Create Project PO record linked to the current record.

1. Click the button in the module toolbar. The following window will appear:

   

2. From the Toolkit window select the toolkit function and click .
3. The tool will check to make sure the Approved box is checked.
   • If it is not it will warn you that the estimate must be approved before a PO can be created.
   • If it is the Project PO module will open to a new module and information will be carried over from the estimate record.
     • Fill out a PO Number. This is required.
     • Fill out other fields as desired.
     • Save and close the record.
     • The PO Number on the Contract Estimate record will automatically be filled out form the PO record.
