Who made the estimate |
Estimated Date |
When the Estimation was made. |
Status |
Mark the current status of the estimate |
Approved |
Automatically marked when all people in the Approval grid mark the Approved box. |
Estimated Total |
Indicates how much the work is estimated to cost. It is automatically calculated by summing up the Total Price fields in the Details grid. |
Est. Total plus |
Allows users to add any additional cost they believe the work will incur. |
Address |
Allows users to add an address for the location of the work the estimate is for. |
Loc X Coord. Loc Y Coord. |
Allows users to add xy coordinates for the location of the work the estimate is for. |
General Location |
A large text field for users to enter more location info. |
