Nodes Tab

The Water Node Inventory module stores location, mapping, and inspection information for the nodes (pipe end points, junctions, or caps) in your water system.

Note: To view an explanation of any field, Ctrl + right click in that field.

To access the Nodes module, select Water > Water Distribution > Inventory > Nodes and the following window will appear.

1. Right-click in the grid and select Add Record. The following pop-up will appear:

   

2. This is a list of all the nodes that are selectable.

   Note: Only nodes that are marked as Active on the node record will appear in this list.

3. Select one or more nodes in the list and click Select.
4. The nodes will be added to the grid.

   Note: Nodes that are added to the Flushing Route History record are NOT added to the Flushing Route record.

This allows users to create a Node subset from nodes selected in the grid

1. Select one or more nodes in the grid.
2. Right-click and select Subset > Create Subset. The following pop-up will appear:

   

3. Enter a subset name and click OK.
4. The Subset will automatically be created in the Water Distribution Node Inventory module.

This allows users to load a node subset from the Water Distribution Node Inventory module.

1. Select one or more nodes in the grid.
2. Right-click and select Subset > Load Subset. The following pop-up will appear:

   

3. Select a subset from the list and click Load.
4. The subset will automatically be loaded into the Node grid.

   Note: Nodes that are added to the Flushing Route History record are NOT added to the Flushing Route record.
