Toolkit

The Toolkit in this module provides these functions:

Function	Result
Change Crew for Filterset	Changes the Crew field for all the work orders in the filterset.
Change Lead Worker for Filterset	Changes the Lead Worker field for all the work orders in the filterset.
Change Supervisor for Filterset	Changes the Supervisor field for all the work orders in the filterset.
Reset PM Status to Awaiting WO Generation	Resets the current PM's status to Awaiting WO Generation. This is used when: A PM's status is WO Generated and the Work Order was canceled. A Work Order was incorrectly generated from a PM. If the Work Order was closed by the PM status wasn't automatically reset. Note: This toolkit cannot run if there are any open work orders currently linked to the PM or if there are any Tightly Linked PM's with open work orders. All related open work orders must be closed, or disassociated from the PM.
Update PM/Template Checklist	Allows users to select a task with a checklist and overwrite the PM's current checklist with the checklist from the task.

How to Run a toolkit function

Find the PM to run the toolkit against or create a filter for the records that should be updated by a Filterset toolkit.
Click the button in the module toolbar. The following window will appear:
Highlight one of the toolkit functions and click
Change Crew for Filterset
1. The following popwill appear:
2. Select a crew.
3. Click OK. The update occur.
Change Lead Worker for Filterset
1. The following popup will appear:
2. Select a lead worker.
3. Click OK. The update occur.
Change Supervisor for Filterset
1. The following popup will appear:
2. Select a supervisor.
3. Click OK. The update occur.
Reset PM Status to Awaiting WO Generation
- The PM's status will be automatically be changed.
Update PM/Template Checklist
1. The following popup will appear:
2. Select a Task in the list. Only tasks with checklist items are shown.
3. Click Select.
4. The PM's checklist will be deleted and the selected Task's checklist will be loaded into the PM.
