Lookup Request Status

Once you've received an email copy of a Web Citizen Request, you can click on the link provided to view the status of the request. You'll see something similar to the image below. As you can see, it includes the request number, email address, status, and status date. This date indicates when the status was last updated. Sample request status' include New Request, Assigned to Work Order, Investigating, On Hold, Completed, etc.
