Email Copy of Request

Internal Web Application

If you choose to send an email copy of your request from the internal web application, you'll receive an email that includes the reference number of the request. This reference number can be used to look up the request from the desktop version of Master Series. It represents the request's unique ID.

Web Citizen Application

If you choose to send an email copy of your request from the Web Citizen application, you'll receive an email similar to the following with the reference number included. Additionally, this email will include a link to view the status of your request. If the link is not functioning for some reason, the email also provides you with an address that you can copy and paste into your browser.
