Using the General Form

The General Forms can display multiple parent and child records in grid format. In our sample Work Order General Form, there are a number of parent Work Order records. You can click on each records's folder to access the available child grids. In the example below, the main Work Order grid contains four child grids: WO Location, WO Task, Assets, and Tracking. The number of child records found in each grid type is displayed beside the grid name.
