Street Prefix Type

The Street Name List module is a database of pre-defined street names that are used for Street Name List Validation in other modules. The Street Prefix Type module allows you to create the street prefix type pick list users select from when entering a street name in the Street Name List module.

Note: Users can view any field definition by right clicking + Ctrl in that field.

To access the Street Prefix Type module, select General > Street Name > Street Prefix Type. The following window will open:

To add a street prefix type, complete the following steps:

1. Click on the module toolbar to enter Add Mode. The Prefix Type Record ID field is auto-populated with a database generated number.
2. Enter the street prefix type (e.g. Ave, Calle).
3. Enter a description (e.g. Avenida, Calle).
4. Click to save the record.
