The Planning/Budget, Fiscal Year module allows you to define your fiscal year and yearly budget.

Note: Users can view any field definition by right clicking + Ctrl in that field.
To access the Fiscal Year module, select Work > Planning and Budgeting > Fiscal Year and the following window will appear.
