The Facility program features various modules to help you manage your buildings, their various components, and financial information. Furthermore, Facility can be integrated with other Lucity programs for optimal asset management. The Building module is the most comprehensive in the Facility suite; many of the other modules in this program are dependant on their relationships to the Building records. Module Relationships
Each building can be associated with a Facility Site; sites can contain multiple buildings as well as multiple site assets.
You can associate roofs and floors with each building, rooms with each floor, furnishings and doors with each room.
You can associate multiple items from Fleet and Equipment Inventory with each site, building, roof, floor, and room.
You can associate multiple warranties, leases, valuations, and property taxes with each inventory asset.
You can create multiple inspection records for each Building, Site, Site Asset, and Roof.
