Rehab Cost Details and Custom

This tab contains fields that take the rehab cost and calculate extra costs based on known mark ups. For example it will always cost and additional 5% for traffic control. Use the fields on this tab to calculate extra costs. The tab also contains custom users fields

Field	Function
Base Rate	Enter a base cost for the rehabilitation into this field.
Contingency %	Enter a number here for the percentage of contingency costs to add to the Base Rate.
Traffic Control %	Enter a number here for the percentage of traffic control costs to add to the Base Rate.
Overhead %	Enter a number here for the percentage of overhead costs to add to the Base Rate.
Engineer and Inspection	Enter a number here for the percentage of engineer and inspection costs to add to the Base Rate.
Cost Date	Enter the date these costs were set.
Rehabilitation Cost	This field is calculated based on: `Base Rate + [Base Rate x (Contingency % / 100)] + [Base Rate x (Traffic Control % / 100)] + [Base Rate x (Overhead % / 100)] + [Base Rate x (Engineer and Inspection % / 100)] = Rehabilitation Cost`

Custom

This tab allows users to add custom information in multiple user-defined fields. The field types are described below:

Code-type - User-defined, pick list fields.
Alphanumeric - Allows users to enter letters or numbers in any combination.
Check-box - Used to indicate yes/no or on/off.
Numerical - Accepts numeric digits only.
Date - Provides a popup calendar allowing you to select a date.

The Custom tab also tracks the last date the record was modified as well as the user login id of the last user to modify the record.

Note: The Custom tab fields are designed by each agency's system administrator. They are completely open from the beginning and have no default information to track.

The Custom tab in some modules tracks additional information. This may include the following:

Short Comment - This is a text field that allows additional comments to be stored.
Work Order, WO, or Work Comment - This is a text field that allows information to be carried over to a work order for this specific asset.
Sub-Type Text - This field is automatically filled if Sub-Types are defined in the GIS system.
Note: Users can only edit this field in the GIS geodatabase environment. If the system is not integrated with GIS, this field will not be available.
Some Custom tabs track X and Y coordinate information.
