Pavement Condition Setup

The Pavement Condition Setup module allows users to match up pavement conditions to ranges of PCI values. This allows the Condition field found on a pavement Field Inspection to be filled out automatically based on the PCI.

Note: Users can view any field definition by right clicking + Ctrl in that field.

To access the Pavement Condition Setup module go to Transportation > Pavement > Pavement Setup > Pavement Condition Setup.

How To

Setup a condition

1. Create a new record.
2. Select the Condition caption button or click in the field and click F9 for a list of conditions.
3. Choose a condition out of the list or add a new one.
4. Back on the main screen enter a number into the Max PCI field
5. Enter a number in the Min PCI field.
6. Save the record.
7. Any field inspection that has a PCI value that falls between these two numbers will automatically be assigned the associated condition.
8. Repeat this for all other conditions.
