General tab

This tab tracks some general information about the waste disposal. At the top are fields to track things like the amoung, fee, and sample measurements. At the bottom of the tab is a grid to link pumpouts to the disposal record.

Facility Pumpouts Associated to this Truck's Load grid

This grid contains allows users to pumpout records to the disposal record. A sample of the grid appears below. Sort records in each grid by clicking on the headings. An up or down arrow will appear signifying ascending or descending order. The functions in the grid allow user to view, add, edit, or delete the record.

How To

Right click in the grid and select Add Record. The following dialog will appear:
Fill out the Facility Number, Unit ID, and Action Date. These are required.
- The Hauler Number, and Vehicle Number is also required, but is filled out automatically when adding pump out records this way.
Fill out other desired fields.
Save and close the record.

Right - click in the Facility Pumpouts Associated to this Truck's Load grid.
Select Link non-linked Pumpouts for Vehicle. The following picklist will appear

Note: This list only displays pumpouts associated to the vehicle selected in the Vehicle Number field. It also only lists pumpout records that are NOT already associated to a waste disposal record.
Click on a pumpout record and click Select.
A record will be added to the grid.
Add as many records as apply.

Select the record to remove in the grid

Right - click on the record and select Remove Pumpout Link.

The records link will immediately be removed from the waste disposal record.

Field	Function
Waste Type	This specifies the type of waste being disposed of. This can be used along with the Disposal Fee Setup module to automatically fill out the Unit Disposal Fee.
Amount Collected	The sum of all the Amount Pumped fields on the pumpout records attached to the waste disposal record. This is also used to help calculate the Disposal Fee.
Disposal Fee	This is the fee for the waste disposal record. It is auto-calculated using the following formula: `Disposal Fee = Amount Collected x Unit Disposal Fee`
Unit Disposal Fee	This is how much the receiving station charges to dispose a specific unit (ie. gallon, pound, etc...) of this kind of waste. The field is automatically filled out using the Waste Type field and the Disposal Fee Setup module. When the Waste Type field is filled out the system checks to see if there is a related disposal fee record. If there is a disposal fee record with the same Waste Type the relate Unit Disposal Fee will be used to fill this field out. This is also used to calculate the Disposal Fee.
