Pumpouts Tab

The Pumpouts tab links the Hauler company record to Pumping information records. The tab contains a grid that stores each pumpout record attached to this hauler.

This grid contains allows users to record contacts at the hauler company. A sample of the grid appears below. Sort records in each grid by clicking on the headings.  An up or down arrow will appear signifying ascending or descending order. The functions in the grid allow user to view, add, edit, or delete the record.

• Right - click in the grid to add a record
• Right - click on an existing record to get a menu with options to View Record, Add Record, Edit Record, Delete Record.
• Double - click on an existing record to open it

How To

Add a pumpout record

1. Right - click in the Pumpouts grid and select Add Record. The following window will appear.

   

2. Fill out the Facility Number, Unit ID, Action Date, and Vehicle Number. These are required.
3. Fill out any other desired fields.
4. Save and Close the record.
