The Pump Outs/Cleaning tab contains a grid of all the pump out records for this facility.
A sample of the grid appears below. Sort records in the grid by clicking on the headings. An up or down arrow (highlighted in orange below) will appear signifying ascending or descending order. The functions in the grid allow user to view, add, edit, or delete the record.
Right - click in the grid to add a record
Right - click on an existing record to get a menu with options to View Record, Add Record, Edit Record, or Delete Record.
Double - click on an existing record to open it
How To
Add a Pump Out/Cleaning Record
Right - click in the Pump Out grid and select Add Record. The following form will appear
Fill out the Hauler Number, Unit ID, Action Date, and Vehicle Number. These are required.
The Unit ID is also required but is filled out automatically when creating a Pumpout record this way.
Fill out any other desired fields.
Save and Close the record.
