The Fleet modules contain most modules that are related to Fleet assets. Fleet modules track items that measure usage by an odometer. Equipment modules track equipment that measure usage by an hourmeter or something other than an odometer. The other modules found in the Fleet program track information about the life of the vehicle or piece of equipment.
Module relationships
Each Fleet record can be linked to many pieces of equipment.
Each Fleet record can be associated with multiple Fueling records.
Fluids established in the Work Flow Setup can be linked to each Fleet record through the Fueling records (e.g., gasoline, motor oil, etc.).
Each Fleet record can have multiple components and subcomponents linked to it that link it back to Work Flow Setup Materials.
Multiple warranties can be associated with each Fleet asset, as well as with each Fleet component and subcomponent.
Multiple Travel log entries can be linked to one Fleet asset.
