Inspection Fields

ID Fields

Inspection Date **	The date that the inspection date was completed.
Inspection Start Time	The time that the inspection started.
Inspection End Time	The time that the inspection ended.
Industrial ID **	The user-defined ID for the Industrial Site.
Latest Inspection	Indicates whether the selected inspection record represents the most recent inspection. The system uses the Inspection Date field to make this determination.

Work Fields

Work Order #	Displays the number of the work order generated from this inspection.
Needs WO	When reviewing the inspection you can check this box if the site needs a work order. When saving the record a work order will be automatically generated and linked to the inspection.

Scheduling Fields

WQ Prioritization

Select the importance of inspecting the site.

Check to calculate next inspection date using WQ Prioritization

Check this box to automatically calculate the Next Inspection Date. This takes the Inspection Date and adds X number of years to that date based on the priorityin the WQ Prioritization field.

High - 1 year
Medium - 2 years
Low - 5 years

Next Inspection Date

The next date the site should be inspected.

Can be automatically calculated using the Inspection Date, WQ Prioritization, and the Check to calculate next inspection date... fields.
