Management Plans have Violations to track when the management plan has been cited and corrective actions are required for compliance.

 

 

Violations Grid

The Violations grid keeps track of all warnings, notices and violations given to the management plan. It displays all records entered directly in this grid or through a related Inspection record.

How to add a violation

Notice/Violation **

The the notice the management plan is receiving or the violation the management plan is being cited for.

Occurred Date **

The date that the notice/violation was reported.

Completed

Indicates that the all required corrective actions for the violation have been completed.

  • Automatically updated when the Completed field is checked for all related corrective action records.
