Each management record stores information about different kinds of contacts.

Contact Special Function Fields

These are fields found on the management plan record that store information about contacts.

BMP E-mail

The email address for the manager of the site the management plan is for.

  • This is used by the Send BMP Contact Email Notification for Filterset toolkit.

Owner E-mail

The email address for the Owner of the site the management plan is for.

  • This is used by the Send Owner Email Notification for Filterset toolkit.

 

Contact Grid

Each record can show a grid list of additional contacts.
