Calculate Average Duration from WOs for Selected Records

This is used to calculate how long it normally takes to complete a PM.

• The tool makes a list of all the completed work orders for an asset that were generated by a single PM.
• Per work order it takes the End Date/Time - Start Date/Time to get the duration.
• Per work order it calculates the number of hours worked during that time period using the Default Number of Hours worked per day work option.
• It adds all the Work Order durations together and divides them by the number of work orders in the list.
• This is the average duration in hours.
• The PM's Est Duration (Hrs) field is updated.

Note: This tool only works if the PM has more completed work orders for an asset than the number entered into the Enter the Minimum Number of Linked WOs required to update the Est Duration work option.
