Change Service

Used when adding or changing the phone number used for communication.

• Updates the Phone Number field with a new phone number.

New IP

Used when adding or changing the IP address used for communication.

• Updates the IP Address field with a new number.

Add New Device to unattached Comm ID

Used when linking the communication record to a communication device for the first time.

• This is only available if the Comm Device ID field is blank.
• Updates the Comm Device ID field with a link to a Communication Device.

Replace Communication Device

Used when replacing the linked communication device with a new one.

• This is only available if the Comm Device ID field is filled out.
• Updates the Comm Device ID field with a link to another Communication Device.

 Cancel Service

Used when canceling the communication service.

• This is only available if the Comm Device ID field is filled out.
• Clears out the Comm Device ID field.
