Notification Fields

Notification Label **

Provides a unique name for this notification. This name will be used to select this template when configuring notifications in other modules.

Notification Type *

Specifies the kind of notification this communication represents (email message, report, etc.)

Notification Module *

Indicates the module in which the notification will be used.

Recipient List *

The contact information for users that will receive the notification

Subject *

The subject of the notification.

Email Body

The contents of a email notification.

CC Recipients

• If checked all of the recipients will be cc’d on the email, and therefore will receive one email with all recipients on it.
• If not checked each recipient will receive a separate email, addressed to them individually.

Sender Type

Indicates what email address is used as the Sender for email notifications.

• System Default or blank - The system will use the From Email Address in the System Settings.
• Current User - The program will lookup the current user's login in the Work > Work Flow Setup > Employee Setup module > Login ID field. If found it will use the address found in the employee record's Email field. If this fails it will use the System Default.
• Specified Address - Will use an address entered into the Sender Email Address field.

Sender Email Address

An email address to be used as the sender if the Sender Type is Specified Address.

Printer

The target printer for a Report to Printer notification.

Request Report

A Work Request report that is used if the notification is triggered from a Work Request.

Work Report

A Work Order report that is used if the notification is triggered from a Work Order.
