The Work Category Setup module allows you to structure your work flow setup by creating categories and assigning various tasks, problems, resources, etc.... to them. Categories can be viewed from almost any work flow setup module.
How To Access
To access the Work Category Setup module, select Work > Administration > Work Flow Setup > Work Category Setup.
