Lucity's integration with the Eden > Inventory module enables agencies to track inventory use, departmental billing, and stock reorders based on materials used in the Lucity > Work Orders module. Inventory items that are included on a Work Order in the desktop flow through to an Inventory Request document within the EDEN Inventory module.
Components
Inventory Item Update - The Lucity > Work > Administration > Work Flow Setup > Materials module is updated with information from the Eden Inventory. This integration keeps the two systems in sync.
Inventory Request Import - This function imports inventory-related data from the Lucity Work Order module, which creates Inventory Requests in Eden.
Inventory Request Add/Update - This function enables users to fulfill inventory requests imported from Lucity. This updates the material resource records in Lucity and adds new records as needed.
Non-Stock Material Purchases - This function allows users to request materials that are not stocked in the Eden Inventory system.
