General Ledger Field Mapping

The following fields originate from FE to Lucity when using the FE Ledgers integration. CS fields are available for use on records in multiple Lucity modules including all asset modules, Work Orders, Work Orders Tasks and Resources, Work Flow Setup modules used on Work Orders, and others.

Note: To enable lookups to GL and JL, you must turn on the system setting "Enable pulling ledger accounts from external source".

IMPORTANT: The CS fields provide lookups to FE; however, these fields support text entry and therefore do not perform validation.

• When you select GL, Key or Object values, Lucity does not verify whether the selected combination is valid for FE Budgeting.
• When you manually enter a GL, Key or Object, Lucity does not very whether that value exists in that field lookup.
