Employee Integration

The first step in the FE Payroll integration is syncing employees from Finance Enterprise (FE) to Lucity. In order for the Payroll integration to work, the External Identifier must be populated with the FE Employee ID.

In the FE/Lucity integration, FE serves as the master of employees. Employees in FE are created in the FE Employee Master (HREMEN) module.

Note: Not all employees in the FE Master List will be available in Lucity.

Lucity Employee Setup module records will be automatically created and updated based on the available, active FE employees. Lucity users can then add additional information to employee records such as assigning associated categories.
