Project Maintenance Bond Inspection

Project Management's Project Inspections > Maintenance Bond Inspection module enables agencies to track maintenance bond inspections related to a project.

To open this module, select Work > Project Management > Project Inspections > Maintenance Bond Inspection.

Open the Work > Project Management > Project Inspections > Maintenance Bond Inspections module.
Click Add . A new record appears.
Select a Project ID (required).
Enter a Bond Date (required).
Project ID and Report Date must form a unique combination.
Enter a Bond Expiration Date.
Enter an Inspection Date.
Enter Inspection Freq and Inspection Freq Units.
Select an Inspected By.
Select a Project Inspector. Options in this list come from Work Flow Setup > Employee Setup records that have the Project Inspector box marked.
Select a Contractor.
Enter available information about permits associated with this project.
Record any Issues related to the inspection.
Complete other fields as desired.
Click Save . The new record appears in the Project Management > Project Inspections > Maintenance Bond Inspections module and the Project Management > Maintenance Bond Inspections grid for the related Project.

Open the Work > Project Management > Project Inspections > Project Maintenance Bond Inspections module.
Click the to expand the Project Maintenance Bond Inspection to which you want to add a Contractor.
Click Add in the Contractors grid. A new record appears.
Select a Contractor. This is required and must be unique.
Enter a Contractor Work Phone.
Enter a Superintendent Name and Super Cell Phone.
Enter the Permit Day this inspection occurred on.
Enter the Total Permitted Days.
Indicate which type(s) of Permit apply to this project:
- Water Permit
- Transportation Permit
- Stormwater Permit
- Sewer Permit, and/or
- Other Permit
Enter a General Comment if desired.
Click Save . The new record appears in the Project Maintenance Bond Inspections > Contractors grid.

Open the Work > Project Management > Project Inspections > Project Maintenance Bond Inspections module.
Click the to expand the Project Maintenance Bond Inspection to which you want to add a Correction.
Click Add in the Corrections grid. A new record appears.
Enter the Correction. This is required and must be unique.
Enter a Completion Due Date.
Select an Inspector.
Enter a Note if desired.
Once the correction has been made, complete the following fields:
Enter a Completion Reviewed Date.
Mark Accepted if the correction is accepted.
Enter further details in the Note if desired.
Complete other fields as desired.
Click Save . The new record appears in the Project Maintenance Bond Inspections > Corrections grid.
