1. In the Work Orders module, click the to expand the desired Work Order record.
2. In the Assets grid, click the to expand the desired Asset record.
3. Click the button in the Associated Tasks grid and select Link Tasks to Assets. The following pop-up appears:

   

4. Use CTRL + click to select the Tasks you want to link to the chosen Asset.
5. Click OK. The tool runs, copying the selected Tasks to the Asset's Associated Tasks grid.

1. In the Work Orders module, click the to expand the desired Work Order record.
2. In the Assets grid, select one or more Assets that you wish to link to one or more Tasks. *The Work Order record must contain one or more Tasks records in order to run the Toolkit.
3. Click the Toolkit in the Assets grid and select Associate Tasks to Selected Assets | Selected Record(s). A pop-up appears listing the Work Order's existing Tasks:

   

4. Use CTRL + Click to select the Tasks you want to link to the Asset(s).
5. Click OK to launch the tool. The selected Tasks now appear in the selected Assets' Associated Tasks grids.

1. In the Work Orders module, click the to expand the desired Work Order record.
2. In the Assets grid, click the to expand the desired Asset record.
3. In the Associated Tasks grid, use CTRL + click to select the Task(s) you wish to unlink from the Asset.
4. Click the button in the Associated Tasks grid and select Remove Link Tasks to Assets | Selected Records. A pop-up appears, asking the user to confirm the action.
5. Click OK. A message appears in the bottom-right corner of the application to indicate that the process was successful. The system will reevaluate the Asset > Task relationships and costs of both assets and tasks on the work order.
