When Assets are associated with Work Order Tasks, an agency can distribute costs among its asset .

Lucity automatically attempts to associate with tasks in several ways; however, users can also link records manually.

Associated Assets Grid

The Work Order > Tasks > Assets grid displays any Work Order > Asset records the Task is linked to. However, users only can link these records using a Toolkit available in the Work Order > Assets > Associated Tasks grid.
